The price of the goods is displayed inclusive of VAT and one of three regional carriage charges. If you submit an order with an insufficient regional delivery charge we will inform you of this by email and give you the means to pay the difference. We are under no obligation to refund any overpayment of delivery charges. We endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will dispatch your order as soon as we receive confirmation of payment. Please allow up to 28 days, but it should be much less.

Return of Cds, cassettes or MP3CDs We want you to enjoy your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us (within 30 days of receipt) if they are unopened and in their original condition. The relevant receipted invoice on which you should make a note for the reason of return should accompany returned items.
